A company owned by the waste and recycling entrepreneur, Eamon Waters, has filed planning permission for a large-scale student accommodation project in Dublin 8. Blackpitts Residence Unlimited Company plans to demolish the current industrial building at 21-23 Blackpitts just off Clanbrassil Street and build a six-storey, 217-bed student housing complex in its place.  Eamon Waters and his son Robert are listed as directors of the company, which sits under Sretaw Hotel Group.  It is one of more than a dozen vehicles operated from the family’s Sretaw offices in Dublin 2 through which Waters is reinvesting proceeds from the €1.2 billion sale…
