A company owned by the waste and recycling entrepreneur, Eamon Waters, has filed planning permission for a large-scale student accommodation project in Dublin 8. Blackpitts Residence Unlimited Company plans to demolish the current industrial building at 21-23 Blackpitts just off Clanbrassil Street and build a six-storey, 217-bed student housing complex in its place. Eamon Waters and his son Robert are listed as directors of the company, which sits under Sretaw Hotel Group.
