There’s musical chairs in the shareholding of Datalex in the week after the company outlined plans to go private. Herald Investment Management, a British investor helmed by City veteran Katie Potts, has offloaded its stake in the Irish airline software company. Filings on Wednesday outline that Herald “no longer holds a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares” of the Euronext-listed company.
