A freezing order has been secured preventing builder Patrick ‘Paddy’ Byrne from dissipating any proceeds of the sale in the amount of €605,000 of a mansion called Oldtown Manor in Co Kildare. Justice Liam Kennedy also ordered Byrne to disclose all bank accounts in Ireland or worldwide in which he has any direct or indirect legal or beneficial interest.
