Xerotech, the electric vehicle battery start-up that collapsed earlier this year, will have its day in court with a former customer. The Galway company, which built electric battery packs for heavy duty vehicles, commenced proceedings nearly two years ago against US electric truck maker Ayro, alleging unpaid fees totalling $1.8 million plus interest. But since that case was filed, Xerotech went into liquidation in February of this year with liquidators from EY being appointed to the company and its founder Barry Flannery departing.
