Xerotech, the electric vehicle battery start-up that collapsed earlier this year, will have its day in court with a former customer. The Galway company, which built electric battery packs for heavy duty vehicles, commenced proceedings nearly two years ago against US electric truck maker Ayro, alleging unpaid fees totalling $1.8 million plus interest.
