Orange Capital Partners, a European real estate fund, is working with Westridge Real Estate on the acquisition of Camden Yard, the stalled development on a prime site in Dublin 2 that is currently in receivership. Orange Capital Partners is currently in a period of exclusivity to acquire the site from its joint receivers, John Boland and Nicholas O’Dwyer of the accounting firm Grant Thornton.
