The Cork law firm TJ Hegarty Solicitors, instructed by Kerry Group and its subsidiary Kerry Ingredients & Flavours Ltd, has issued legal proceedings against Ardo NV. The case pits the listed Irish food technology giant, with €7 billion in annual revenue, against Ardo, a Belgian-based global supplier of frozen vegetables, fruit and herbs shipping €1.4 billion worth of produce each year.
