Intellexa, the controversial spyware company registered in Ireland and sanctioned by the US, will have its day in court in Greece later this month. The Israeli-owned company develops the spyware known as Predator, an invasive piece of technology that has been linked to several controversial customers including repressive and authoritarian governments.
