Hoteliers Ray Byrne and Eoin Doyle have applied for planning permission to build a new hotel in Dún Laoghaire, south county Dublin. The hoteliers, who own or manage 10 other hotels, want to build a 71-room affordable boutique hotel under their REZz brand.
