The Dublin Georgian Collection, a portfolio of 91 apartments spread around 13 locations in the capital, is the latest example of residential properties assembly and refurbishment by local operators for sale to international investors as fully-let, turnkey opportunities. The portfolio is made up of pre-1963 buildings divided into apartments, in which extensive internal works can take place without planning permission.
