Michael Flatley says he overpaid on his loan repayment to receivers over his Co Cork property, Castlehyde, the High Court heard today.  Flatley’s barrister, Ronnie Hudson, also confirmed the dancer is now resident in Ireland to contest the presidential election – which means, he said, that he no longer needs to provide security for costs, an issue in several of his legal cases.  In 2023, the dancer entered into a loan facility with Novellus Finance, an alternative lender linked to JP McManus, secured on his famous Cork mansion.
