US investor and disbarred former trader Jeff Leo is once again facing questioning by a liquidator in the High Court over concerns of alleged fraud and asset stripping in companies linked to the businessman. The two-day cross-examination of Leo and Colm Malone, a former auditor of Wenning, will happen in November following an urgent application by Kelley Smith, senior counsel representing Kieran Wallace of Interpath.
