Iconic Labs, a London-listed media and technology business, and its investment partner Greencastle Capital, are in exclusive talks to buy the Joe media brand in Ireland and Britain. Greencastle is a subsidiary of Linton Capital, which is ultimately owned and controlled by a wealthy British businessman called David Sefton. Iconic Labs is led by chief executive John Quinlan and chief business officer Liam Harrington, who were previously involved in social-first publishing site Unilad.
