The Paris-based luxury bags brand Longchamp has launched legal proceedings against the Irish retail giant Dunnes Stores. McCann FitzGerald solicitors, instructed by French companies Longchamp SAS and its sole shareholder Jean Cassegrain SAS, the family holding entity of the leather goods maker’s founder, issued a plenary summons against the Irish retailer on Friday, High Court records show.
