The matter of what to do with Dylan McGrath’s Fade Street Social was back in the Circuit Court on Thursday, with Judge John O’Connor giving room for a takeover offer from the Eclective Hospitality Group to go ahead. Meanwhile, the Captain Americas restaurant on Grafton Street also has a familiar bidder aiming to rescue it out of examinership, though Eclective is in this case disputing the use of its historic brand name.
