The legal firm AMOSS has secured a charging order of €115,000 against shares owned by businessman Max Bulgakov in a nationwide chain of grocery stores and a wholesale distribution business with annual revenues of more than €30 million. The order was made on an ex parte basis, meaning Bulgakov has yet to file his defence. The charging order was obtained against two companies: Maxela Ltd and its related entity, EastDeli Ltd.
