Mina Mutafchieva and Jack McGuinness were among the very first employees to join the newly established London outpost of investor HV Capital. The German venture capital firm built its name writing checks to young European start-ups for the past 25 years, with the likes of food delivery giant Delivery Hero, payment business SumUp, and second-hand clothing marketplace Depop among its more successful bets.
