Solicitor and developer Noel Smyth has agreed to settle a multi-million-euro High Court case he was taking against developer Gerry Gannon in relation to a valuable car park at Dublin Airport. Gannon is understood to be making a seven-figure payment to resolve the dispute. The case was being taken by Smyth’s investment company Fitzwilliam Real Estate Developments against the experienced developer, who has been nicknamed the man in the hat.
