The legal troubles around infamous spyware company Intellexa continues to pop up in more jurisdictions, this time in the Swiss courts. A recent ruling by the Swiss Supreme Court found that documents seized in a raid of one of Intellexa’s executives in Switzerland can be used as evidence in the case. Andrea Gambazzi is accused in Switzerland of marketing and exporting Intellexa’s spyware programme Predator without authorisation. Both Intellexa and Gambazzi are currently under US sanctions.
