Paddy McKillen Jr’s Grafter is ready and able to stump up €1.6 million in rent arrears to claw back control of its “valuable” serviced workspace business from rivals Iconic Offices, the High Court has heard. Perfect Stripe, the company behind Grafter, claims its business interests were “misappropriated” without reasonable notice by joint receivers appointed by lender Relm to McKillen Jr landlord companies.  The receivers took possession of three office properties in Dublin 2 on foot of rent forfeiture notices issued to Grafter on June 18, 2025.  The three buildings are at St Stephen’s Green, Ely Place, and Leeson Street.
