Proceedings may not need to go ahead in one case against businessman Ruairi Kelleher, the High Court heard today, depending on communication with a receiver. Technology entrepreneur Eoin Goulding’s company, Gleelation Investments Ltd, is seeking judgment against businessman Ruairi Kelleher and his company, RCD Investments, for €2.86 million over an alleged breach of contract. The case first came before the court in March this year.
