Maurice Regan and the family of fellow US-based construction businessman Michael Breslin are backing plans for a new primary school in Naas, with early-stage discussions ongoing with the Department of Education, The Currency understands. The land at Jigginstown was previously owned by Viztip Ltd, a company controlled by Gerry Conlan, a property developer and one of the so-called Maple 10 involved in major projects in the county, including the Millennium Business Park in Naas.
