Goldstein Property Icav, a fund linked to Mel Sutcliffe’s Quanta Capital, has filed legal action in the US in a bid to obtain discovery from the backers of Relm for their dispute in the Irish courts. Goldstein Property Icav is seeking evidence in the US from Avenue Capital, headquartered in New York, in support of a case against property lender Relm in Ireland.
