The Irish arm of Elon Musk’s X social media platform has issued legal proceedings against a new Irish-based out of court dispute settlement body for complaints from users of leading social media platforms. A plenary summons was lodged by Fenecas Law last Thursday on behalf of X Internet Unlimited Company, the Irish-based firm which operates the platform for users in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the UK.
