Insolvency accountant Colin Gaynor of Dún Laoghaire firm Resolute Advisory has applied to the High Court to have Seaclaidi na Sceilge Teoranta wound up. Gaynor’s petition was presented to the High Court by Holmes O’Malley Sexton solicitors on October 24 and a notice appeared in Iris Oifigiúil this week. The notice states that Gaynor is acting in his capacity as receiver of Fusion Excellence Ltd, the landlord to Seaclaidi na Sceilge Teoranta.
