The Rippling-Deel case came before the High Court on Tuesday for the first day of hearings on a number of matters that have arisen since the case began in March. The first of these was whether the CEO of Deel, Alex Bouaziz, and two company lawyers could be joined, along with Deel Inc, to the case that was originally taken against alleged spy Keith O’Brien.
