The Government refused permission for dual-use exports to Israel this year over high-risk concerns that the items could be diverted “to support the military actions of Israel in the region”, newly released documents show.   Dual-use items are goods, software and technology which bridge the gap between civilian and military use, such as computer hardware with advanced cybersecurity or monitoring features.
