Rumble, the video-streaming and cloud firm that hosts Donald Trump’s Truth Social, is establishing an Irish entity to operate its merger with a German AI company. Rumble, which is dual-headquartered in the US and Canada, recently announced that it was acquiring Germany’s Northern Data for more than €760 million (€653 million). In SEC filings detailing the finer points of the acquisition and the companies’ debts, Rumble states that it will be creating an Irish subsidiary “which shall directly hold all shares in the entity making the Tender Offer”, referring to the transaction.
