A Russian aircraft lessor, linked to a sanctioned bank, has opened a fresh legal broadside against Boeing in the Irish courts. Timaero Ireland Limited, once the aircraft leasing arm of Russian state-owned VEB development bank but now with an opaque ownership, has been embroiled in a legal tussle with Boeing in the US for several years.
