Former Press Up boss Paddy McKillen Jr’s serviced offices business Grafter found itself in an existential legal battle last autumn when it allegedly failed to pay €3 million in rent on three of its buildings. The rents on the buildings at St Stephen’s Green, Ely Place and Leeson Street were due to three McKillen landlord companies, Wonder Bay, Crossville Properties and Discovery Dawn, but instead they were used to discharge interest on debts owed to alternative property lender Relm by other McKillen group entities.
