Brightpath Healthcare, a Broadlake portfolio company, has completed its first acquisition in the UK. The company has acquired Children’s Complex Care (CCC), a London-based provider of community healthcare services for children and young people with high-acuity medical needs. CCC employs 250 staff across London and the South East and was formerly part of Voyage Care, a UK social care provider delivering specialist support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in residential, supported living, and community settings.
