Paddy McKillen Snr has been rebuffed by a US court in his efforts to find out who allegedly hacked him in his long-running dispute with Qatari royals. A week before Christmas, McKillen filed a motion with a California court to seek permission to file subpoenas and requests for information against several companies that may aid in identifying an alleged hacker but the motion was rejected on procedural grounds.
