On Saturday, December 13, there was an email exchange between Kenny Jacobs, the chief executive of the DAA, his chairman Basil Geoghegan and the company secretary, regarding an invitation to the transport Oireachtas committee to discuss governance issues amid an ongoing boardroom bust-up at the semi-state.
