Dunnes Stores has been embroiled in a near-20-year dispute with a garment maker in Cyprus over a sum of €67,000. The case reached an apex in October 2025 when Cyprus’s supreme court ruled in favour of the Irish retail giant which was caught up in a long-running dispute with a Cypriot supplier over alleged unpaid invoices.
