Relm Finance has failed to strike out a lawsuit being taken against it by a fund managed by the property investor Mel Sutcliffe over the receivership of 47 property assets. It did, however, prevent the fund, the Goldstein Property ICAV’s Sub Fund II, from securing a lis pendens against its assets. A lis pendens is a declaration that the properties were the subject of legal proceedings, which might have made it harder for them to be sold.
