Shortly after the court rose at 10.43am this Thursday morning, senior counsel Padraic Lyons asked if Justice Marguerite Bolger could let the most high-profile case on her list stand briefly. Lyons was there to represent the suspended DAA chief executive Kenny Jacobs, set to begin his legal battle against his suspension by the airport operator’s board and to halt an independent investigation into 20 allegations made against him, claims he insists are baseless.
