According to UPS, one of the largest logistics and parcel delivery firms in the world, the Chinese-owned e-commerce site Temu owes it €37million in unpaid invoices. Temu was “persistently late” in discharging invoices, according to new High Court proceedings against Whaleco, the Irish-based European operating company behind the global online market. The invoices are said to relate to delivery services in Europe provided by UPS between September 20, 2024 and December 11, 2025.
