Alex Gerko, the Russian-born but British-based trader worth up to £12 billion (€13.8 billion), wants another swing at the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC). Gerko’s firm, XTX Markets, took legal action against the investment management arm of Aviva over what it claimed was discrimination against Gerko over his Russian nationality when the company sought investment services in Ireland.
