The successful construction entrepreneur Maurice Regan has bought out the investment vehicle of his long-term business partner Michael Breslin in one of Dublin’s biggest hospitality groups, the Mercantile. In a statement, Mercantile Entertainment Group confirmed that Breslin’s company EM International Investments LLC (EMI) had sold its shares in the Dublin-based bar and restaurant hospitality group to its long-term co-shareholder Regan.
