Avoca Court is located on Temple Road in the wealthy Dublin village of Blackrock, six kilometres south of the city centre. The four-storey office development has just been refurbished, and parts of the building are still being let out. The bottom floor, however, is let to Kraft Heinz, the US food giant with a market capitalisation of $42 billion and annual revenues of €24 billion.
