The chairman of the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) Roy Barrett has written to the 78 members of its representative body a letter ahead of a special meeting of its council this Friday. The letter dated August 4, which has been seen by The Currency, has told members that it wants them to approve new FAI rules and a constitution or face financial meltdown.
