A company controlled by Eamon Waters’ family office has received €4.4 million in the first tranche of payments since the conversion of the Merrion House office block in Dublin 4 for refugee accommodation. The latest data released yesterday by the Department of Justice – which oversees the international protection system – shows that Vista Bay Unlimited was paid the seven-figure sum for just the last quarter of 2025.
