Dublin-based Allergan Pharmaceuticals International Ltd has made $11.6 billion (€9.8 billion) available for distribution to its parent AbbVie Manufacturing Management Unltd, a key company handling the US pharmaceutical multinational’s interests in Ireland. Allergan Pharmaceuticals International is separate from the company operating the well-known Allergan factory in Westport, Co Mayo, which makes products including Botox.
