Creditors of businessman Ruairí Kelleher and his associated business interests are set to compete for priority in the distribution of approximately €8.3 million in receivership proceeds, the Commercial Court has heard. The former CEO and director of CluneTech payroll platform UKG One View (previously called Immedis) has been besieged by debt claims in recent years, including by cybersecurity entrepreneur Eoin Goulding and Limerick casino boss Seamus Morrissey, for allegedly defaulting on investment loans.
