The High Court has refused to appoint an examiner to rescue the development group behind the Greenside office building in Dublin city centre. KC Capital sought interim court protection three days before Christmas when receivers were appointed by secured creditor Oaktree Capital over unsatisfied debts of around €53 million. That gave beneficial owners, developers Dave Kennan and Shane Connaughton, temporary breathing space.
