A company run by developer Greg Kavanagh is being sued for allegedly failing to complete a €1.8 million deal linked to a valuable development site in Co Meath. The plaintiffs Seamus Palmer, Barry Byrne, and Seamus Nolan own Longwood Village, approximately 3.81 acres of land in Co Meath, through their company Elderwood Construction Ltd, based in Naas, Co Kildare.
