Two days after launching legal proceedings against Google in Ireland on Monday, the King’s Bench division of the High Court in London threw out a separate £8 million libel and malicious falsehood claim against tax lawyer-turned-journalist Dan Neidle and his think-tank, Tax Policy Associates.
