Last month, the Commercial Court made orders to facilitate the orderly resolution of competing multi-million euro claims by creditors against businessman Ruairí Kelleher and his company, RCD Investment Holdings. The court heard that the receivership pot to be contested amounts to approximately €8.3 million. Among those pursuing Kelleher – the former CEO and director of CluneTech payroll platform UKG One View (formerly Immedis) – over alleged investment debts are cybersecurity entrepreneur Eoin Goulding and Limerick casino operator Seamus Morrissey.
