Last month, the Commercial Court made orders to facilitate the orderly resolution of competing multi-million euro claims by creditors against businessman Ruairí Kelleher and his company, RCD Investment Holdings. The court heard that the receivership pot to be contested amounts to approximately €8.3 million.
