A new integrated human resources and payroll system was brought into use at Beaumont Hospital in 2024 but only after significant project delays and cost overruns of €2.2 million.  The details are contained in the 2024 financial statement for the Beaumont Hospital Board which were released by the Oireachtas this week.  The board started the project in July 2022 to replace its separate human resources and payroll systems with an integrated system.
