Colm Murphy, the man charged with the Omagh bombing, is alleged to have given his wife assets valued at around €1 million to put them beyond the reach of relatives of the atrocity, a bankruptcy official has told the Commercial Court. Murphy, a former building contractor, was declared bankrupt in March of last year along with Michael McKevitt, and Liam Campbell who were all found liable for the Real IRA blast in civil proceedings.
