Irish hospitality company the Prem Group is restructuring its Premier Suites operation in Britain as the business prepares to weather Covid-19.  Premier Suites manages hundreds of serviced apartments in 16 locations, ten of which in Britain, on the behalf of investors which include dozens of Irish people.  The Prem Group told The Currency it has secured agreement with 97 per cent of its suite landlords in Britain to reduce the rents they are due to be paid to reflect tough market conditions caused by the pandemic.  The overall business, which operates both hotels and serviced apartments in 38 locations, has…
